  • Built and empowered a high-performing team of 16 data professionals (product owners, engineers, and scientists), fostering collaboration and driving successful data-driven initiatives.
  • Led the design and implementation of a scalable GCP cloud platform, ingesting and processing massive construction data sets from multiple sources (CMiC, Origami, NYC Department of Buildings) for real-time analytics and insights.

  • Migrated Pimco.com into IHS Markit’s hosted environment. Negotiated deliverables and coordinated timelines for multiple client teams. Responsible for resource procurement, private cloud build, test planning and results, user acceptance testing, and successful delivery of the migrated system.
  • Lead the migration from 3 legacy data centers to 2 new state of the art data centers. 500 IHS Markit employees, 80 clients, and over 1000 websites migrated on time and without client incident.
  • Lead the transition of 40 clients from SunGard data feeds to Morningstar data feeds. Managed the technical and client migration plans to a successful and timely delivery.
  • Managed the integration of a federated messaging software with a user directory to create a standalone messaging system. Assisted in the transition of the new messaging platform to Symphony.com

  • Introduced a new check card payment method at Target stores. Lead 2 teams to deliver two months ahead of schedule allowing 100,000 new check card holders to use their cards on opening day at 1700 Target stores across 45,000 registers.
  • Implement an in store discount for all 230,000 Target employees at 1700 Target stores resulting in $2 million in revenue the first quarter.
  • Lead 3 teams to improve in store credit card security giving Target the lowest possible interchange rates, reducing saving over $10M annually.
  • Developed short and long term solutions around Targets in house credit cards reducing theft from organized crime, saving over $600k a year.
  • Migrated 200,000 computers and several million system accounts to password vault protect system to improve corporate security.
